LOW SUGAR LOTUS PASTE WITH PANDAN & OSMANTHUS
Launched for the MidAutumn Festival 2018, this is a new range of low-sugar lotus seed paste with Pandan & Osmanthus. There are two beautiful layers inside this traditional baked mooncake. The first is an aromatic Osmanthus paste, shaped like golden egg yolk at the base of the mooncake, cupped by the fragrant Pandan lotus seed paste in a second layer.
Pair with a hot cup of SUCRE’s Kyoto Cherry Rose to enhance the flavour of the traditional baked mooncake.
